Classes

• Tiny Tots program 3 & 4 yr old: Monday - Wednesday 430 to 530
• 5-10 yr old Class: Monday - Wednesday 530 to 645
• Adults: Monday - Wednesday 645 to 800
• Teen Class: Tuesday - Thursday 530 to 645
• Black Belts: Tuesday - Thursday 645 to 800
